Quality Control: Why Building Homes Should Be Like Building Cars
Think about it: you're driving a car 50 miles an hour, and the manufacturer responsible for the build of it better have the goods on the stamp of approval.
Parts better work. Warranty's good. You shouldn't have to have a belt replaced a few dozen times a week. It's not like you're driving a shoddy cardboard box from work to home. The quality control expert is a staple of the #automotive industry, and you can only imagine just how much better the #REALESTATE industry would be with that level of prestige and excellence.
So it makes sense that Toyota would make such a difference with, say, the St. Bernard Project to bring thousands of families back home to New Orleans only just over a decade after Hurricane Katrina hit. You see? Efficiency, quality control, all of that — they do make a difference.
